Cancellation & Refund Policy
Hirevora is dedicated to delivering transparent and high-quality digital deliverables, including career optimization, AI-generated resumes, and managed application outreach. Due to the labor-intensive and irrevocable digital nature of these services, our refund policies are strictly structured.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of processing the initial payment, provided our strategists and systems have not yet begun your resume analysis or initiated any job outreach.
To request a cancellation, you must email support@hirevora.com with your Transaction ID and Registered Email. Cancellations are explicitly subjected to the approval of our operations team reviewing the fulfillment timeline.
2. Refund Windows & Terms
If you change your mind within 24 hours and your order has not been fulfilled (e.g., your ATS resume hasn't been generated, and no applications have been submitted via our dashboard), your cancellation request will be approved. The full corresponding amount will be processed back to your original mode of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Delivery
Because the core of Hirevora involves dedicated human effort (strategy execution) and final digital deliverables (optimized ATS resume/PDF exports), services are strictly non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
We do not offer refunds simply based on dissatisfaction with the resulting recruiter response rate, as employment decisions are entirely up to third-party companies. The fees paid operate strictly for our time, digital infrastructure usage, and optimization expertise.
4. Disputes
If you believe there was an error with your billing amount or an accidental duplicate charge, please contact support@hirevora.com immediately inside of 7 days, and we will amicably investigate and refund the disparate charge.
